Edelman has appointed Bhavna Jagtiani as CEO of its India operations, promoting her from her previous role as Chief Operating Officer. Simultaneously, Kunal Arora has been elevated to Head of Digital for the Asia-Pacific region after serving as Managing Director for India Digital and APAC Studio Lead. Both will report to Rakesh Thukral, Edelman’s APAC CEO.

During her 22-year journey with Edelman, Jagtiani progressed from account executive to leading integrated teams across India and briefly in Hong Kong. As CEO, she will oversee business strategy, drive growth, and enhance client relationships.

Arora, who has spent a decade managing Edelman’s digital operations in India, will now scale digital operations across APAC, supervise the studio, and integrate digital solutions across all client services.

Thukral expressed confidence in both leaders, noting their proven abilities to foster collaboration and drive innovation in a changing landscape.
