With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic planning, Lodha will lead the group’s financial strategy, governance, and compliance across its diverse businesses. A chartered accountant and company secretary, he has previously held senior roles at Vikram Solar, Inox Wind, Ravindra Energy, and Indian Energy Exchange. Lodha expressed enthusiasm about joining EPACK during a period of growth, while Group Chairman Bajrang Bothra welcomed his expertise to drive long-term value and agility.
