Eternal Limited delivered a robust financial performance in the third quarter of FY26, reporting strong growth across its quick commerce and food services businesses. The company, which owns Zomato, Blinkit, Going-out and Hyperpure, posted a consolidated profit of Rs 102 crore for the October–December quarter, marking a 73% year-on-year increase compared to Rs 59 crore in Q3 FY25.

Revenue from operations witnessed a sharp rise of 201% year-on-year, reaching Rs 16,315 crore in Q3 FY26, up from Rs 5,405 crore in the same quarter last year. Quick commerce emerged as the largest contributor, with Blinkit generating Rs 12,256 crore in revenue, while Zomato’s food delivery business contributed Rs 2,676 crore. The Going-out segment reported Rs 300 crore in revenue, and Hyperpure added Rs 1,070 crore during the quarter.

The company reported continued recovery in Net Order Value (NOV), which grew 16.6% year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA margin touched an all-time high of 5.4%, with adjusted EBITDA rising 26% YoY to Rs 531 crore. Blinkit’s NOV surged 121% year-on-year despite GST-related changes and seasonal headwinds, supported by the addition of 211 net new stores, taking its total store count to 2,027.

While the Going-out business recorded 20% YoY growth in NOV, it reported an adjusted EBITDA loss of Rs 121 crore due to margin pressures. Hyperpure, however, marked a milestone as its adjusted EBITDA margin turned positive for the first time, posting a profit of Rs 1 crore.

Eternal’s advertising and promotional expenditure rose sharply, increasing 80% year-on-year to Rs 937 crore in Q3 FY26. In a key leadership development, founder Deepinder Goyal stepped down as Group CEO, with Blinkit CEO Albinder Singh Dhindsa appointed as the new Group CEO. Goyal will continue as Vice Chairman, focusing on long-term strategy, culture and governance.
