Flam Expands Global Presence with New San Francisco Office

New hub to accelerate innovation, partnerships, and go-to-market growth in North America

AI infrastructure startup Flam, known for revolutionising consumer engagement through Mixed Reality, has opened a new office in San Francisco-a key milestone in its global expansion strategy.

The new location will serve as a strategic hub for engineering, design, partnerships, and go-to-market operations, positioning Flam closer to North America’s thriving creative and technology ecosystems. The company is actively hiring across GTM and design roles to support its scaling efforts.

Situated in a market critical to its growth, the San Francisco office will bolster Flam’s collaborations with digital platforms, retail media, CTV and broadcast partners, and drive innovation in immersive formats across sports, entertainment, and movie marketing.

“The launch of our San Francisco office is a major leap forward in Flam’s global growth,” said Shourya Agarwal, Co-founder & CEO. “North America is a key market, and this move brings us closer to the world’s leading brands and agencies to co-create the future of immersive storytelling.”

Amit Gaiki, Co-founder & CTO, added, “This expansion is a critical step in advancing our deep-tech roadmap. We’re pushing the boundaries of Mixed Reality advertising and unlocking new ways for brands to connect with audiences.”

The move follows Flam’s $14 million Series A funding in May 2025, led by RTP Global with support from Dovetail and other investors-bringing the total raised to $22.5 million. The capital is fueling growth across the U.S., Europe, North America, and Asia, with a strong focus on R&D and global innovation.
