Fortune Rice Bran Oil tackles cholesterol with humour in new health campaign

The brand’s World Heart Day film “Swipe Away Bad Cholesterol” uses wit to inspire healthier cooking choices.

Fortune, a flagship brand from AWL Agri Business Ltd. (formerly Adani Wilmar Ltd.), has launched a new campaign for Fortune Rice Bran Health Oil (FRBH) on the occasion of World Heart Day. The witty TVC titled “Swipe Away Bad Cholesterol” delivers a powerful health message through light-hearted storytelling.

Set in a luxury residential society, the film features men in bright yellow padded suits – personifying “bad cholesterol” – trying to enter a home after a heavy weekend meal. They’re hilariously stopped by the lady of the house, symbolizing how Fortune Rice Bran Oil helps keep cholesterol in check. The message underscores the oil’s natural composition enriched with oryzanol and unsaturated fats, known to support heart health (IMARC Group Report).

Mukesh Mishra, Joint President – Sales & Marketing, AWL Agri Business Ltd., said:
“Over 25% of adult Indians today suffer from high cholesterol. As a brand present in millions of kitchens, we want to tell relatable stories that spark change. Small choices-like the oil we cook with-can go a long way in ensuring a healthier future.”

Extending the campaign beyond television, Fortune activated on-ground experiences across Juhu Beach, Bandra Station, Andheri Metro, and Lokhandwala, where actors dressed as “cholesterol guys” playfully interacted with the public before being “swiped away” by the Fortune mascot.

Blending humour with awareness, the campaign reinforces Fortune Rice Bran Oil’s positioning as a trusted kitchen partner for smarter, heart-healthy cooking.
