Fortune, the flagship edible oil brand from AWL Agri Business (formerly Adani Wilmar), has unveiled a new regional campaign in West Bengal titled ‘Bhojan Bahini’ (Food Force). The campaign strengthens Fortune’s connection with Bengal by weaving together two of the state’s most beloved icons – Sourav Ganguly and Abir Chatterjee – in a light-hearted, cinematic ad celebrating the region’s culinary soul.

The film cleverly uses humour and drama to showcase Bengal’s timeless love for food, positioning Fortune Mustard Oiland Fortune Soyabean Oil as ‘India’s No.1 Jodi’ – the perfect pairing that brings authenticity and trust to every Bengali kitchen. Ganguly and Chatterjee feature as quirky “Food Police” on a playful quest to uncover the secret behind Bengal’s most authentic meals, only to discover it lies in the perfect blend of the two Fortune oils.

Commenting on the campaign, Mukesh Mishra, Joint President – Sales & Marketing, AWL Agri Business, said:

“With Bhojan Bahini, we’re celebrating Bengal’s unbreakable bond with food. Sourav and Abir embody the state’s passion for authenticity and quality. This film reminds consumers that true flavour begins with the right ingredients – and in Bengal, that’s the No.1 jodi of Fortune Mustard and Soyabean Oils.”

Rich visuals of iconic dishes like luchis, kosha mangsho, and bhaja evoke nostalgia while reinforcing Fortune’s deep-rooted connection with Bengali households. Through Bhojan Bahini, Fortune blends entertainment, culture, and tradition – reaffirming its position as a trusted name in regional kitchens.
