Godrej Capital, the financial services arm of the Godrej Industries Group, has unveiled its festive campaign ‘Pakka Pata’ through Godrej Housing Finance, celebrating the pride and permanence of first-time homeownership. The initiative highlights affordable housing finance solutions aimed at making homeownership easier for families across India’s Tier-2 cities.
Rooted in the Indian dream of a “pakka pata” – a permanent address – the campaign film beautifully portrays a young family’s emotional journey as they move into their first home. In a touching moment, a father marks his child’s height on a freshly painted wall with a permanent marker, saying, “Yeh hamara khud ka ghar hai… iss ghar mein sirf rehna nahin hai… iss ghar mein jeena hai.” The scene encapsulates the deep emotional connection between stability, pride, and belonging.
Launched around the festive season of Diwali and Dhanteras, traditionally considered auspicious for home purchases, the campaign positions Godrej Housing Finance as a trusted ally for aspiring homeowners.
