As he weighs in on the purchase, the narrative cleverly contrasts everyday assumptions about maintenance expenses with Godrej’s straightforward, no-surprises warranty promise.

Through this light-hearted setup, the brand addresses a common hesitation among buyers-unexpected servicing charges that surface after installation. By clearly outlining what the warranty includes, the campaign aims to reassure consumers that long-term ownership can be hassle-free.

She noted that the film uses a relatable, slice-of-life moment to communicate that comfort should not be accompanied by hidden clauses, reinforcing the brand’s focus on transparency and trust.
