Haleon has appointed Kedar Lele as president, India subcontinent, effective January 2026. Joining from Castrol India, where he served as managing director, Lele brings over 25 years of experience across FMCG, advertising, digital innovation, and automotive sectors. He succeeds Navneet Saluja, who retired in October 2025, and will also join Haleon’s global Executive Team, supporting the company’s growth and purpose-led health ambitions in the region.
