New leadership structure aims to deepen integration across media, content, and experience.
Havas Media Network India has announced key leadership changes to accelerate growth, strengthen integration, and deliver culturally resonant brand experiences at scale. The realignment places a strategic focus on collaboration across its media, content, sports, and entertainment verticals.
Uday Mohan has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for both Havas Media India and Havas Play India, aligning operations across platforms to foster synergy between media, content, and consumer experience.
In parallel, Prachi Narayan has been promoted to Managing Partner, Havas Play India. Reporting to Uday, she will lead the agency’s integrated offering across its four core verticals: Entertainment, Content, Sports, and Social, uniting culture, commerce, and creativity to deliver deeper brand engagement.
The verticals under Prachi’s leadership will be driven by the following heads:
- Entertainment – led by Abhay Kumar (AVP), focuses on embedding brands into film, OTT, music, and pop culture through original IPs.
- Content – led by Niharika Goswami (AVP), specialises in influence-driven, culturally relevant digital storytelling.
- Sports – led by Uditvanu Das (AVP), delivers end-to-end sports marketing, sponsorship, and fan engagement.
- Social – led by Geetika Thakur (Sr. VP), builds community-first narratives across digital platforms.
