IDFC FIRST Bank has appointed Shreepad Shende as Chief Marketing Officer, succeeding TV Narayan. With over seven years at the bank, Shende has led marketing, communications, business excellence, and corporate strategy. He previously held senior roles at Nokia, ICICI Bank, Tata AIG Life Insurance, and HDFC Bank.
