JioStar Secures Exclusive US Open Broadcast and Streaming Rights for 5 Years

JioStar has acquired the exclusive broadcast and streaming rights for the US Open Tennis Championships in India for the next five years. Secured through the USTA’s media partner IMG, the deal enables Star Sports Network to broadcast and JioHotstar to stream every match live from the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

The US Open, one of the four Grand Slam tournaments, will now be part of JioStar’s growing portfolio of global sporting events. This year’s tournament will span 15 days, showcasing top talent including Carlos Alcaraz, Iga Świątek, Novak Djokovic, Coco Gauff, Jannik Sinner, and Aryna Sabalenka, who return to defend their singles titles.

The Mixed Doubles Championship will feature 16 pairs competing for a $1 million prize, with a star-studded lineup including:

  • Carlos Alcaraz & Emma Raducanu
  • Jannik Sinner & Emma Navarro
  • Iga Świątek & Casper Ruud
  • Novak Djokovic & Olga Danilovic
  • Venus Williams & Reilly Opelka
  • Ben Shelton & Taylor Townsend
  • Defending champions Sara Errani & Andrea Vavassori

JioStar’s coverage will be enriched with multi-language commentaryexclusive behind-the-scenes content, and interactive features across Star Sports Network and JioHotstar, enhancing the overall viewer experience.
