Kaizzen Launches ‘AI Collective’ to Integrate Artificial Intelligence into Communications

Kaizzen has expanded its communications offerings with the launch of Kaizzen AI Collective, a new service vertical focused on embedding artificial intelligence across communications strategy, storytelling, amplification, and measurement. The initiative will operate alongside the consultancy’s existing services, including public relations, crisis communication, digital and social, creative and production, insights, and public affairs.

The AI Collective is designed as a comprehensive suite of AI-powered services aimed at enabling intelligence-led, data-backed decision-making. It reflects the growing influence of artificial intelligence in how narratives are shaped, distributed, and evaluated across the communications ecosystem. The services will be available to Kaizzen’s clients across markets, leveraging the firm’s presence in India, the UAE, and other global regions.

Announcing the launch, Vineet Handa, founder and CEO of Kaizzen, emphasized that AI has moved beyond experimentation to become a strategic necessity. He noted that with nearly 1.8 billion people globally using AI-India ranking second only to China-the focus must shift towards meaningful and measurable adoption. According to him, Kaizzen AI Collective aims to help clients build smarter, faster, and more effective campaigns, while also preparing teams to lead in a future where technology and human judgement work together.

Nikhil Pavithran, COO, Kaizzen, added that the initiative is not about following trends but about building long-term capability, credibility, and competitive advantage. He highlighted the firm’s commitment to responsible and ethical AI adoption, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes.

The launch marks a formal step in Kaizzen’s AI journey, reinforcing its intent to strengthen internal capabilities while supporting clients as artificial intelligence becomes increasingly embedded in modern communications workflows.
