Kartik Chandrasekhar, formerly chief commercial officer at Kellanova, has taken on a new role as Chief Growth Officer for Mars Snacking across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and ANZ. Sharing the update, he said he is energised by the opportunity to bring together strong brands and diverse teams, and looks forward to driving growth guided by Mars’ core principles of quality, responsibility, mutuality, efficiency and freedom.
