Lavanya Pachisia has stepped down as CEO of Zivame after over seven years with the company. Joining in 2017 as VP of Finance and Operations, she played a key role in strengthening Zivame’s financial and operational foundation before becoming COO in 2021 and CEO in 2022. Under her leadership, Zivame evolved into an omnichannel brand, championing comfort, confidence, and inclusivity in women’s intimatewear. Before Zivame, Pachisia held senior finance roles at Nike India, Tejas Networks, and Symphony Services, and began her career at Ernst & Young.
