Market Research Society of India to Honour B.V. Pradeep with Lifetime Achievement at 7th Golden Key Awards

The Market Research Society of India (MRSI) will confer the Lifetime Achievement Award on B.V. Pradeep at the 7th Golden Key Awards, scheduled to be held in Mumbai on March 6, 2026. The awards celebrate excellence and long-standing contributions to India’s research and insights ecosystem.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Pradeep spent close to three decades at Unilever, working across India and international markets in consumer and market insights roles. During his tenure, he helped shape research frameworks and systems that strengthened consumer-led decision-making within organisations.

Beyond his corporate career, Pradeep has played an influential role in industry bodies in India and globally. He served on the Governing Council of ESOMAR as vice president and treasurer, held leadership positions at the Media Research Users Council, and was president of MRSI from 1999 to 2005. He currently leads Catalyst-4ur-Growth, advising businesses on marketing, analytics and insight-driven growth strategies.

Nitin Kamat, president of MRSI, said Pradeep’s impact extends beyond methodologies, noting that he elevated consumer insights into a strategic growth lever and helped broaden the sector’s horizons beyond FMCG.

Paru Minocha, chair of the award committee, added that Pradeep’s frameworks and leadership strengthened India’s presence in the global research community and reinforced the role of insights in shaping business strategy.

The award jury was chaired by C K Sharma and included senior industry leaders from marketing, consulting and analytics domains.
