Maruti Suzuki Revs Up Service Network, Aims for 500 New Outlets

Maruti Suzuki India, the country’s largest carmaker, is gearing up to expand its service network in a big way. The company has announced plans to set up around 500 additional service touchpoints in the current financial year, taking its total network to a staggering 6,000 outlets.

The announcement comes on the back of Maruti Suzuki’s recent inauguration of a new facility in Udaipur, Rajasthan, which marks the 5,500th touchpoint in its service network. This milestone underscores the company’s commitment to providing seamless service experiences to its customers across the country.

According to Maruti Suzuki India’s MD and CEO, Hisashi Takeuchi, the company has been aggressively expanding its service network over the past year. “In FY 2024-25, we added 460 new service touchpoints, which is more than one every single day. We plan to continue these efforts and aim to add around 500 new service touchpoints during this financial year, of which we have already set up 91 touchpoints,” Takeuchi said in a statement.

Maruti Suzuki’s expanded service network will provide customers with greater convenience and accessibility, ensuring that they can get their vehicles serviced and repaired quickly and efficiently. With its extensive network of service outlets, Maruti Suzuki is poised to reinforce its position as the country’s leading carmaker, providing unparalleled service experiences to its customers.
