Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, a digital-first technology company specialising in AI-powered advertising, marketing, and consumer media solutions, announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26, showcasing strong growth across key metrics.
Q2 FY26 Performance
The company’s revenue from operations rose 17.1% QoQ to ₹54.32 crore, supported by increased client engagements and wider adoption of its AI-driven platforms.
EBITDA grew 26.3% QoQ to ₹11.04 crore, with margins improving by 150 bps to 20.3%, reflecting enhanced operating efficiency.
Profit after tax reached ₹7.30 crore, up 21.7% QoQ, with PAT margin improving to 13.4%.
H1 FY26 Highlights
- Revenue: ₹100.73 crore
- EBITDA: ₹19.77 crore (19.6% margin)
- PAT: ₹13.30 crore (13.2% margin)
The Board also approved an interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share.
Commenting on the results, Ishank Joshi, Managing Director & CEO, said Q2 FY26 reaffirmed the strength of Mobavenue’s AI-first and outcome-driven model. He highlighted rising brand confidence in AI-led performance solutions across India and developing markets, delivering better targeting, reach, and ROI.
A major milestone this quarter was the full integration of Mobavenue Media as a wholly owned subsidiary, unifying the company’s offerings under the A³ Framework – Awareness, Activation, Acquisition. Joshi added that this integration improves cross-selling opportunities and strengthens the company’s long-term growth roadmap.
Mobavenue was also recognised as a ‘Champion of Scale ’25’ by Aerospike, validating the scalability of its technology stack. The company is further investing in an AI Center of Excellence, focused on next-gen AI innovations and agentic frameworks to drive real-world business outcomes.
