EBG Group has announced the appointment of actor Mrunal Thakur as the brand ambassador for Carlton Wellness, its integrated wellness and hospitality platform, effective FY 2025–26.
Thakur will be the face of Carlton’s brand films, digital campaigns, experiential initiatives, and property launches, marking a key step in the group’s expansion plans across urban and destination-driven wellness formats.

Carlton Wellness is developing a comprehensive wellness ecosystem, including city and hotel-based spas, destination retreats, wellness resorts, and residential and vacation home projects with a strong focus on Ayurveda, naturopathy, mindfulness, and hydrotherapy. Multiple spa formats are already planned at partner locations, while flagship retreats and resorts are underway in Ahmedabad, Indore, and Manipal, with further expansion into metro and Tier-1 cities.
The group expects revenues of Rs 80–120 crore in FY26, projected to rise to Rs 180–250 crore by FY27, driven by spas, retreats, memberships, and licensing initiatives, underscoring its ambition to scale Carlton Wellness as a leading name in India’s holistic wellness space.
