Mumbai Indians has unveiled its IPL 2026 campaign, ‘Fans Nahi. Fam.’, redefining the relationship between the team and its supporters. Moving beyond traditional fandom, the campaign positions fans as an integral part of the team’s inner circle-transforming them from spectators into family.
At the heart of the campaign is a shift in narrative-from cheering from the stands to belonging to the journey. Through a series of films, players are shown interacting with fans in everyday settings, from homes to daily routines, capturing the emotional and deeply personal bond shared between the team and its “Paltan.”
The campaign extends beyond storytelling into immersive experiences. Mumbai Indians has introduced on-ground and city-wide activations, including dugout-style bus stops that bring the stadium experience closer to daily life. Ticket prices starting at ₹499 further aim to make matches more accessible, strengthening fan participation.
Adding to this, the franchise has launched The MIX, a fan-centric event that blends cricket with music, fashion, and interactive experiences. The initiative is designed to engage fans beyond match days, turning the IPL season into a broader cultural moment.
As Mumbai Indians approaches two decades, the campaign serves as a tribute to its loyal supporters-those who celebrate victories and stand strong during defeats. By reframing fans as “Fam,” the brand deepens emotional connection, reinforcing that Mumbai Indians is not just a team of the city, but a shared identity shaped by its people.
