Myntra’s Ad Revenue Climbs 28% to ₹914 Crore in FY25, Profit Soars 1,674%

Marketing expenses rise 37% as revenue touches ₹6,042 crore

Online fashion platform Myntra delivered a stellar performance in FY25, reporting a 28% year-on-year jump in advertising income to ₹914.5 crore and a massive 1,674% surge in profit after tax to ₹548.3 crore, up from ₹30.9 crore in FY24.

Myntra’s revenue grew 18% to ₹6,042 crore, compared to ₹5,121 crore the previous year. Advertising remained a key driver, contributing 28% of total revenue. Logistics services led the topline with ₹2,918 crore (48.3%), followed by ₹2,051 crore from marketplace services and ₹157.5 crore from other income sources. The company also earned ₹94.3 crore in non-operating revenue, largely from royalty income.

On the cost front, Myntra’s total expenses rose 11.7% to ₹5,723.7 crore in FY25. Marketing expenses increased 37%to ₹2,105.3 crore, logistics costs were up 6.45% to ₹1,999 crore, while employee benefit expenses dropped 6.4% to ₹748.8 crore – signaling improved cost efficiency despite higher ad spends.

Myntra’s strong performance comes as its parent company Flipkart also reported healthy growth, with FY25 revenue up 14.4% to ₹20,493 crore and net loss narrowing 37% to ₹1,494 crore.

The results underline Myntra’s ability to balance growth investments in advertising with improved profitability, reinforcing its position as a leading player in India’s online fashion ecosystem.
