Naukri.com has launched a bold new ad campaign titled ‘Love Your Career’, aimed at Gen Z professionals who are unapologetic about chasing their ambitions. Conceptualized by Lowe Lintas, the campaign features two witty short films that challenge traditional career expectations and embrace the evolving mindset of young job seekers.
The first film showcases a confident woman resigning within a year, telling her stunned manager, “I’ve got dreams to follow.” The second features a young man exiting before his birthday, joking, “No clue about the CV, but my bank statement’s happy.” Both conclude with the tagline, “All’s fair when you love your career.”
The campaign celebrates Gen Z’s fearless approach to career growth, where job loyalty takes a backseat to personal and financial fulfillment. It highlights how younger professionals are redefining success—prioritizing happiness, growth, and self-worth over outdated workplace norms.
Sumeet Singh, Group CMO at InfoEdge, said, “Gen Z isn’t waiting for anniversaries or appraisals. They’re chasing what clicks—and we’re right there with them.”
Vasudha Misra, President (Creative) at Lowe Lintas, added, “This generation knows work should work for them, not the other way around.”
The films are currently airing during the IPL 2025 season on JioCinema across connected TVs and mobile platforms, with visibility across 60+ matches, ensuring high engagement among digital-first viewers.
With humor and real-world relevance, Naukri’s campaign resonates with today’s job seekers, positioning the brand as a partner in their ambitious career journeys.
