Navin’s has rolled out a new campaign for its residential project, Starwood Towers 3.0, highlighting evolving homebuyer preferences in urban markets. The campaign focuses on key factors such as proximity to essentials, lifestyle amenities, and the availability of ready-to-move-in homes.

Set in Medavakkam, the project spans 9.85 acres and features two towers-Maple and Cedar-offering a mix of 2BHK and 3BHK units. While some homes are ready for immediate occupancy, others are scheduled for possession by the end of 2026.
