Network18 has named Angad Bhatia as the CEO of Firstpost and Creator18, the media group’s new creator-focused initiative. In this dual leadership role, Bhatia will manage Firstpost’s operations while spearheading the development of a creator network that integrates across Network18’s diverse digital properties.
Bhatia brings more than 15 years of expertise in media, content, technology, and digital commerce to the position. His career highlights include serving as CEO of India Lifestyle Network and leading Brand & Marketing Growth at Mensa Brands. He is particularly recognized for founding and scaling MensXP into a market leader before its acquisition by Times Internet.
His professional trajectory also includes significant contributions to shaping digital-first brands such as iDiva and Hypp, cementing his reputation as a digital media innovator with deep understanding of content-driven platforms.
With his proven track record in building and expanding B2C media ventures, Bhatia’s strategic and entrepreneurial approach is expected to create substantial growth opportunities for Network18’s digital ecosystem. His experience in identifying and developing emerging content formats positions him well to lead both the established Firstpost platform and the newly launched Creator18 venture.
In this new role, Bhatia will report directly to Rahul Joshi, Managing Director and Group Editor-in-Chief of Network18.
