Nitin Agarwal has stepped down as CEO of GlobalBees, a company he co-founded in 2021, citing personal reasons. He will support the handover process until late May. Anuj Jain, with over 23 years of experience at brands like ITC, L’Oréal, and FirstCry, will take over as CEO. Jain, who has been with FirstCry’s parent company, Brainbees Solutions, since 2012, has played a key role in expanding the company’s preschool and early learning verticals. GlobalBees, which became a unicorn in its first year, specializes in scaling digital-first consumer brands across various sectors. Jain’s appointment comes as the company aims for operational excellence and sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.
