OPPO India has announced its strategic partnership with Sony LIV as co-presenter for the fifth season of Shark Tank India, bringing its brand philosophy, Make Your Moment, to a platform that celebrates entrepreneurship, innovation, and self-expression. The season is set to premiere in January, featuring a mix of returning and new Sharks.
Over its run, Shark Tank India has grown into a cultural phenomenon, giving young founders a national stage to showcase bold ideas, challenge norms, and unlock opportunities. The platform has reshaped perceptions of India’s startup ecosystem, making it aspirational, accessible, and deeply personal.
The collaboration was unveiled at an experiential event on the Shark Tank India set in Mumbai, attended by key industry figures including Ranjana Mangla, Head of Ad Revenue at Sony LIV; Goldee Patnaik, Head of Communications at OPPO India; Ritesh Agarwal, Founder & CEO of OYO Rooms; and Shaily Mehrotra, CEO of Fixderma India.

The fifth season will feature Sharks including Aman Gupta, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Vineeta Singh, Ritesh Agarwal, Kunal Bahl, Amit Jain, Mohit Yadav, Varun Alagh, Kanika Tekriwal, Viraj Bahl, Shaily Mehrotra, and Hardik Kothiya.
