Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced the appointment of Priya Nair as CEO and Managing Director, effective August 1, 2025. Currently President, Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever, Nair brings nearly three decades of experience across sales, marketing, and global leadership roles. She will also join the HUL Board and remain part of the Unilever Leadership Executive. She succeeds Rohit Jawa, who will step down on July 31, 2025, after a successful two-year tenure marked by volume-led growth and strategic transformation. Chairman Nitin Paranjpe praised Jawa’s leadership and welcomed Nair’s return, expressing confidence in her ability to drive HUL’s next phase of growth.
