Publicis Groupe has announced the acquisition of Captiv8, a leading end-to-end influencer marketing platform, in a strategic move to enhance its global capabilities in creator-driven commerce and performance marketing.
Captiv8, recently recognized as the top Enterprise Influencer Platform by G2, brings a powerful suite of tools to the table – including a unified data infrastructure, AI powered automation, advanced social listening capabilities, and branded storefronts that bridge influencer activity with commerce and affiliate marketing. With a global presence spanning 120 countries, support for multiple local languages and currencies, and the ability to manage over 2.5 billion social posts annually, Captiv8 offers unmatched scale and technological depth in the creator economy.
Integration with Publicis’ Connected Media Ecosystem
Following the acquisition, Captiv8 will be integrated alongside Influential – another influencer platform acquired by Publicis -within its Connected Media division. The merged entities will form one of the largest influencer marketing ecosystems globally, connecting brands to more than 15 million creators, including 95% of influencers with over 5,000 followers.
Captiv8’s advanced AI capabilities will now be supercharged through Epsilon’s CoreID, Publicis Groupe’s proprietary identity solution. This integration will enable brands to seamlessly manage influencer campaigns across platforms and geographies, while providing real-time performance analytics and a unified commerce solution for tracking conversions and monetization across social and affiliate channels.
