Publicis Groupe India has announced the launch of Publicis Digital Experience (PDX), a unified, client-centric digital offering designed to address the evolving middle-funnel and post-funnel priorities of modern CMOs and CIOs. PDX brings together the Groupe’s digital, technology, data, and experience capabilities to help brands drive scalable, outcome-led growth in an AI-driven world.
At its core, PDX focuses on transformation across customer experience, commerce, social, martech, CRM, and AI-powered solutions. The model is structured around three integrated solution practices. Social @ PDX reimagines social marketing by blending cultural intelligence with data to activate communities, creators, and cohorts through social-first content, collaborations, and real-world experiences. AI-X @ PDX is purpose-built to enable AI-led transformation through agentic workflows, process redesign, and AI-powered platforms for marketing, commerce, and digital asset creation across B2B and B2C ecosystems. CRM @ PDX focuses on unlocking growth from existing customers by optimizing marketing and data clouds to enable first-party data-driven targeting, one-to-one engagement, cross-selling, upselling, and loyalty-led lifecycle value.
Supporting these practices is a central Technology Centre of Excellence (COE), which drives best practices across emerging technologies and AI, accelerating innovation and consistency across all PDX offerings.
PDX integrates the expertise of Digitas India, Razorfish India, and Indigo Consulting into a single, purpose-built organization. With over 500 specialists and more than 1,000 projects delivered, PDX leverages Publicis Groupe India’s early leadership in applied AI and agentic workflows.
PDX India will be led by Amaresh Godbole, who takes on the role of CEO, along with the additional responsibility of Chief – AI Experiences & Solutions for Publicis Groupe India. The launch signals Publicis Groupe’s intent to help brands navigate the next phase of digital and AI-led growth-quietly, confidently, and at scale.
