The agency will spearhead digital strategy, social engagement, and campaign execution for PCH’s flagship labels.
Piramal Consumer Healthcare (PCH) has officially appointed Punt Creative as its digital agency, following a competitive multi-agency pitch. The agency, co-led by Harsh Shah and Rohan Naterwalla, will manage social media, digital campaigns, and content strategy for three of PCH’s marquee brands: Lactocalamine, the i‑range (including i‑pill), and the baby care line, Littles.
PCH is a rapidly expanding arm of Piramal Pharma, with a broad portfolio spanning OTC sectors such as analgesics, gastrointestinal aids, skincare, women’s wellness, baby care, vitamins, and supplements. Currently, its market footprint extends across over 1,500 towns and nearly 250,000 retail outlets, impacting approximately 7 crore consumers.
Punt Creative is recognized for delivering high-impact campaigns for brands such as Levi’s, Porter, KFC India, and Van Heusen within remarkably short timelines.
Harsh Shah, Managing Director of Punt Creative, commented:
“We’re excited to work with brands we admire. With Lactocalamine, the i‑range, and Littles, we see tremendous opportunity to drive business results through compelling storytelling. Our team is thrilled to embark on this journey.”
Punt Creative operates under Punt Partners, delivering digitally native brand platforms, intellectual properties, and campaigns with purpose and impact. Punt Partners is co-founded by Madhu Sudan and Priyanka Agrawal.
This mandate underscores PCH’s strategic push toward digital-first storytelling, aiming to deepen consumer engagement across its wellness brands. For Punt Creative, it’s a chance to craft resonant narratives that not only elevate brand visibility but also drive relevance with health-conscious consumers across India.
