Rachna Kumar, former Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Hero MotoCorp, has joined TVS Motor Company as Vice President – Human Resources. With over two decades of HR leadership experience across companies like Whirlpool, Coca-Cola, Castrol, and Amul, Kumar brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. She will report directly to Anandakrishnan R, Group Head – HR at TVS Motor.
