Raj Nayak, former COO of Viacom18 and founder of House of Cheer, has announced the launch of House of IP, a pioneering Event & Entertainment Intellectual Property Venture Studio. Developed in partnership with YAAP Digital, the studio aims to ideate, curate, and scale IPs across sectors including entertainment, sports, music festivals, digital formats, and branded experiences.
House of IP offers end-to-end services-from initial concept and brand strategy to content development and revenue monetisation. Nayak stated, “As content becomes more fragmented and attention spans shrink, the demand for immersive, scalable IPs has never been greater. This venture is about building cultural properties that resonate deeply and deliver tangible value to brands and platforms” .
YAAP Digital brings a digital-first approach, combining its influencer marketing expertise with Nayak’s storytelling and executional acumen.
