Rakshit Hargave has assumed charge as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Britannia Industries, following board approval for a five-year term, subject to shareholder nod. With over two decades of leadership experience across consumer goods, retail and manufacturing, Hargave joins from Aditya Birla Group’s Birla Opus, where he served as CEO and played a key role in building the paints business from the ground up. He now aims to steer Britannia towards becoming a total foods global company.
