Ranveer Singh Joins McDonald’s India (North & East) as Brand Ambassador

McDonald’s India (North & East) has announced Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh as its new brand ambassador. To celebrate the collaboration, the QSR chain has introduced a limited-time offering-The Ranveer Singh Meal-curated from the actor’s personal favourites, as part of McDonald’s global Famous Orders platform.

With this launch, Ranveer joins the ranks of global icons like BTS and Travis Scott, who also have meals named after them. His energetic persona, cultural relevance, and strong connection with youth audiences make him an ideal fit for the brand’s playful and flavour-forward image.

Anant Agarwal, vice-chairperson, CPRL (McDonald’s India – North & East), said,

“Ranveer embodies everything McDonald’s stands for-vibrance and joy. This campaign is rooted in fan love and nostalgia, reflecting real moments that connect people to McDonald’s. We’re excited to welcome him to the McDonald’s family and celebrate fandom with ‘The Ranveer Singh Meal,’ designed to resonate across generations.”

Ranveer Singh shared his excitement:

“I’m thrilled to join the McDonald’s India (North & East) family! McDonald’s has always been a favourite of mine, like it is for so many of us. It’s a dream to have a meal named after me-packed with flavour and fun, just how I like it. I can’t wait for my fans to try it.”

Launching on 13 June, The Ranveer Singh Meal includes:

  • Two burger options: McVeggie® (Xplode) and McChicken® (Xplode)
  • Golden Pop Fries
  • Bobaaa drink

The Xplode burgers are enhanced with a new chilli and creamy sauce and topped with golden crispy onions—adding bold flavour and texture, inspired by Ranveer’s own flair.

This partnership continues McDonald’s strategy of blending pop culture with fan-centric experiences, offering a fun, personalised take on the brand’s classic favourites.
