Rebel Foods, through its brand growth platform Rebel Launcher, has partnered with fast-growing food brand Easybites to accelerate its expansion across key Indian markets. As part of the collaboration, Easybites is currently operating from 10 Rebel Foods cloud kitchens across Bengaluru and Hyderabad, with plans to enter additional cities including Chennai in the coming months.
The partnership highlights Rebel Launcher’s mission to help emerging and established restaurant brands scale efficiently by leveraging Rebel Foods’ internet kitchen infrastructure, proprietary technology, and end-to-end operational expertise. By integrating with the platform, Easybites gains the ability to launch faster across geographies, reach multiple neighbourhoods within a city from day one, and optimize performance using data-led insights-while maintaining consistent food quality and brand integrity.
Easybites has built strong consumer traction with its focused menu of fried chicken, burgers, and wraps, designed specifically for delivery-led consumption. The brand’s flavor-forward comfort food and streamlined offerings align well with Rebel Launcher’s scalable, technology-driven operating model.
Commenting on the partnership, Ankur Sharma, Co-founder, Rebel Foods, said that Rebel Launcher is built to create a collaborative growth ecosystem for food brands, enabling them to expand efficiently while benefiting from Rebel Foods’ infrastructure and deep operational capabilities.
Masoud Mohamed, CEO, Easybites, added that Rebel Launcher has been a strong growth partner, helping the brand scale faster across Southern markets and better understand new cities through rapid launches and broader reach.
Designed to support brands with lower capex and faster go-to-market timelines, Rebel Launcher allows partners to focus on food and brand-building, while Rebel manages infrastructure, operations, and scalability. The Easybites partnership further strengthens Rebel Launcher’s growing portfolio, reinforcing its position as a preferred expansion platform in India’s evolving food delivery landscape.
