Reliance Brands Limited (RBL) has announced a long-term master franchise agreement with the Max Mara Fashion Group to bring the contemporary Italian fashion label MAX&Co. to India. The collaboration marks another milestone in RBL’s strategy to expand its portfolio of global luxury and premium brands in the country.
The first MAX&Co. store is slated to open in Mumbai in early 2026, with plans to expand to other major metropolitan cities soon after. The stores will feature the brand’s complete range – from apparel and accessories to its acclaimed ‘&Co.llaboration’ capsules, limited-edition collections created with artists, designers, and cultural icons that celebrate creativity and individuality.

Founded in 1986, MAX&Co. is renowned for its effortless Italian aesthetic, mix-and-match versatility, and youthful sophistication, with over 400 stores worldwide.

Established in 2007, Reliance Brands Limited currently operates more than 1,590 stores across India, representing over 90 international brands, including Burberry, Balenciaga, Valentino, and Tiffany & Co.
