The acquisition includes the brand and its business from Pahadi Goodness Private Limited and marks another step in Reliance Retail’s strategy to scale promising Indian consumer brands.
Founded with the vision of bringing the purity and effectiveness of Himalayan ingredients into everyday personal care, Pahadi Local has built a strong presence in India’s evolving beauty and wellness market. The brand is recognised for its clean formulations, responsible sourcing practices and strong appeal among consumers looking for authentic and sustainable skincare solutions.
Through this acquisition, Reliance Retail aims to leverage its extensive omni-channel retail network, digital commerce capabilities and supply chain infrastructure to accelerate the brand’s growth across India.
