This strategic move includes over 6,500 audio tracks spanning Haryanvi, Punjabi, Ghazals, Devotional, and Indie Pop genres, enhancing Saregama’s already diverse music library.
The acquisition also includes digital assets such as NAV Haryanvi and Nupur Audio, two of the most followed YouTube channels in the regional music space. Together, these channels boast a subscriber base of over 24 million, providing Saregama with an immediate boost in digital reach and audience engagement.
This marks a major step forward in Saregama’s strategy to deepen its presence in regional language markets, especially in Haryanvi and Punjabi music, which have seen rapid growth in recent years.
