After a career spanning more than 25 years in senior media and content leadership roles, Shailja Saraswati has stepped away from corporate life to focus on building her own platform. Formerly the chief content officer at Omnicom Media Group, Saraswati has launched Season 4 of her podcast and community initiative, Unstoppable Woman, marking a new chapter in her professional journey.

Launched this week, the latest season reflects a clear shift in narrative. Moving away from achievement-centric success stories, Season 4 centres on the idea of the “unstoppable spirit”-focusing on personal evolution, resilience and inner transformation. The season features 24 episodes with candid conversations featuring voices from diverse creative and professional backgrounds. Guests include filmmaker Ram Madhvani, director Arunma Dey, actor Vijayant Kohli, lifestyle influencer Aanam C and entrepreneur and agency leader Pooja Jauhari, among others.
Saraswati notes that the emphasis this season is not on gender labels, titles or accolades, but on stories of growth, enablement and self-discovery. Guest selection, she says, was driven by extensive research to ensure alignment with this broader, more inclusive vision of what it means to be “unstoppable.”
Unstoppable Woman traces its origins back to the COVID-19 pandemic, when Saraswati began sharing reflections on mindfulness, leadership and personal growth through YouTube. Over time, the initiative evolved into a podcast and community platform aimed at fostering deeper, more meaningful conversations.
While Season 4 is now live across all major audio streaming platforms, Saraswati has also hinted at a larger expansion of the platform, expected to be revealed in January 2026.
With this new season, Saraswati continues to redefine her purpose beyond the corporate ecosystem, creating space for conversations that prioritise authenticity, resilience and transformation.
