ShareChat has named its Chief Financial Officer, Manohar Charan, as Co-founder, a move he announced via LinkedIn. Charan will continue to serve as CFO while taking on the new title. He joined ShareChat in 2019 as VP–Corporate Development and Strategic Finance, and became CFO in 2020. Prior to this, he held key roles at Zomato and Uber.
