Quick TV, the short-format content platform from ShareChat & Moj, is taking micro entertainment to the next level by bringing some of Indian television’s most loved faces to its expanding lineup of micro dramas. Popular TV stars Karan Bohra, Hiten Tejwani, Aman Verma, Mouli Ganguly, and Piyush Sahdev are headlining shows like Hero No. 1, Aakhiri Raasta, Hamari Adhuri Kahani, and Phir Le Aaya Dil, with several more titles in production.
Quick TV is also roping in film actors like Ankur Nayar for Sugar Daddy and Kishori Shahane for Mother’s Sacrifice, set to release in early October. Karan Bohra, known for his decades-long television career, recently starred in Teri Meri Hate Story, which dropped last week.
The platform is tapping into India’s rising appetite for 90–120 second, vertical-format family dramas tailored for mobile viewing. With 15 crore+ daily views across the ShareChat network and 65% of viewers hailing from tier-2 and tier-3 cities, Quick TV is rapidly gaining traction, boasting 10+ million downloads.
The shows offer compelling storylines: Hero No. 1 follows disgraced tycoon Gautam Bajaj (played by Karan Bohra) as he finds redemption while living a secret life as a street sweeper, whereas Aakhiri Raasta features Hiten Tejwani as a father seeking vengeance after his daughter’s death. Phir Le Aaya Dil, starring Aman Verma and Mouli Ganguly, explores love after 50, with shocking betrayals keeping viewers hooked.
“India is witnessing a micro-drama boom, similar to China’s $7 billion market,” said Ankush Sachdeva, CEO & Co-founder, ShareChat & Moj. “With over 30 million monthly viewers watching nearly 5 billion episodes, we’re creating a powerful stage for brands and storytellers this festive season.”
Quick TV’s strategy marks a major shift from traditional prime-time TV to short, impactful storytelling built for mobile-first audiences, cementing its place as a leader in India’s evolving content landscape.
