Bowlers, the pet nutrition brand from Allana Pet Solutions (APS), has launched a new campaign featuring Indian cricket captain Shubman Gill as its brand ambassador. Titled “Every Batsman Needs a Bowler,” the campaign draws a heartfelt parallel between cricket and pet parenting – celebrating the bond of care, companionship, and nourishment that helps pets thrive.

In the campaign film, Shubman takes on a surprising new role – not as a batsman, but as a bowler, symbolising the love and dedication pet parents bring into their pets’ lives. Just as every batsman depends on a bowler, every pet depends on a caring parent. The film captures this connection through moments of joy, trust, and play, portraying how mindful pet care is built on everyday acts of love and attention.

The campaign also marks the beginning of Bowlers’ larger mission to build awareness about science-backed pet nutrition across India. Along with digital and social media activations, the initiative will include OOH, radio, and cinema campaigns, as well as engagement drives through cricket tournaments and regional outreach programs.

Each product is crafted in consultation with veterinary nutritionists, tailored for India’s climate, and manufactured at Asia’s largest automated pet food plant in Zaheerabad, Telangana.

With Shubman Gill leading the campaign, Bowlers hopes to inspire a new generation of mindful, caring, and informed pet parents across the country.
