Škoda Auto India, in collaboration with BBH India, has launched an integrated campaign titled ‘You Never Drive Alone’ to introduce its new brand-wide service programme, Škoda Super Care. The initiative is designed to elevate the ownership experience across Škoda’s entire product portfolio from 2026 onward, bringing together service, support, and peace of mind under a unified framework.

At the heart of the campaign is a brand film that translates Škoda’s philosophy into an emotional narrative. Rather than focusing on technical details, the film portrays driving as a calm, reassuring experience. It follows a couple on a scenic journey, pausing to enjoy the landscape, before revealing the Škoda Super Care team quietly present in the background-symbolizing constant support throughout the ownership journey. With a service network spanning 183 cities across India, the message is clear: Škoda drivers are never truly alone on the road.

Commenting on the initiative, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said the programme marks a meaningful shift in how the brand supports customers beyond the showroom. Škoda Super Care offers four years of warranty and roadside assistance, along with four free services, including newly introduced Škoda Check-in services at 1,000 and 7,500 km. The aim is to deliver predictable costs, early service engagement, and long-term confidence for customers.

Parikshit Bhattaccharya, Chief Creative Officer at BBH India and Propagate India, added that the idea was to communicate service through feeling rather than information, visualizing reassurance as a quiet, constant presence.

The campaign is currently live across television, digital, print, and OOH, reinforcing Škoda’s commitment to clarity, value, and worry-free ownership.
