SoCheers has elevated Rajni Daswani to Chief Growth Officer – People & Business, recognizing her 11-year journey of impactful contributions since 2014. Having risen through the ranks from the Brand Experience team to Director – Digital Marketing, she has played a key role across strategy, new business, and HR. In her new role, she will focus on driving sustainable growth by aligning talent development with business expansion, working closely with co-founders Mehul Gupta and Siddharth Devnani to strengthen SoCheers’ position in the digital-first creative space.
