Sony Sports Network to broadcast Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup, spotlighting rising stars Ayush Mhatre and Vaibhav Suryavanshi

Sony Sports Network will broadcast the Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup from 12–21 December 2025, live from Dubai, showcasing the next wave of cricketing talent from across the continent. Building on the overwhelming response to the Asia Cup Rising Star 2025-which reached 30.4 million unique viewers, nearly five times the previous year-the network aims to further elevate youth cricket viewership and engagement in India.

The tournament will feature eight teams: India, Pakistan, UAE, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Nepal. India enters the competition led by captain Ayush Mhatre, with Vihaan Malhotra as vice-captain. The squad also includes breakout performer Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who earned his selection following impressive outings with India A. India has been placed in Group A alongside Pakistan, UAE, and Malaysia, while Group B consists of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Nepal.
