Stayfree has launched a new digital campaign for its Secure Nights range, spotlighting an often-overlooked aspect of menstrual health-sleep disruption during periods. Conceptualised by DDB Mudra, the campaign focuses on how menstrual needs differ between day and night, and how using the same product across both can impact sleep quality and overall well-being.
At the heart of the campaign is a relatable behavioural insight: many women continue using regular day pads at night, unaware that this can lead to discomfort, anxiety around leakage, and frequent waking. The film captures this pattern, highlighting how interrupted sleep during menstruation can result in fatigue, reduced alertness, and a compromised next day.
By bringing attention to this gap, Stayfree positions night-time menstrual care as a distinct and important need. The campaign introduces Stayfree Secure Nights pads, designed specifically for overnight use, featuring NightLock™ Technology and a wider back for enhanced protection and comfort. The messaging encourages women to rethink their product choices and adopt solutions tailored to their night-time needs.
Through this initiative, the brand aims to normalise conversations around period-related sleep challenges-an area that has largely remained under-discussed. It also reinforces the idea that menstrual care is not just about hygiene, but also about quality of life, rest, and daily performance.
The campaign is being rolled out across digital platforms including YouTube, Meta, and OTT, ensuring wider reach and engagement with modern audiences.
