Suresh Agarwal has been appointed MD & CEO designate of the proposed 50:50 life insurance joint venture between Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and Manulife, subject to regulatory approvals. With nearly three decades of experience across insurance and lending, Agarwal will transition from his current role at Mahindra Insurance Brokers Limited to lead the new venture from May 1, 2026. The JV aims to deliver long-term savings and protection solutions by combining Mahindra’s strong distribution reach with Manulife’s global expertise.
