Türkiye Tourism has renewed its India public relations mandate with Confiance Communications, marking the agency’s fifth consecutive term as the destination’s communications partner. The continued association extends a partnership that began in 2022 and reflects Türkiye Tourism’s focus on strengthening its long-term engagement with the Indian market.
Over the last four years, Confiance Communications has led Türkiye’s communications efforts in India across media relations, digital platforms, trade engagement and on-ground activations. Its scope of work has included film and OTT integrations, social media campaigns, press interactions, influencer collaborations, and participation in leading travel and tourism exhibitions. The agency has also managed media familiarization trips to enhance destination storytelling and firsthand experiences for Indian media.
A key focus of Confiance’s mandate has been engaging India’s travel trade ecosystem, spanning destination weddings, MICE, luxury travel and experiential tourism. This has involved roadshows, cultural showcases, trade conventions and targeted destination-led promotions aimed at travel professionals and high-value travelers. The agency has additionally worked with Indian film and entertainment stakeholders, including production houses, to integrate Türkiye into mainstream popular culture.
Commenting on the renewal, Bushra Ismail, founder and chief strategist, Confiance Communications, said the partnership has evolved beyond promotion to building cultural connections and industry collaborations. She added that the renewed mandate will focus on deepening Türkiye’s relevance among Indian travelers while unlocking new avenues of cultural exchange.
Türkiye Tourism authorities highlighted Confiance’s role in translating the country’s cultural depth and modern appeal into market-driven storytelling, contributing to Türkiye’s positioning as a preferred destination for high-value tourism.
Under the renewed mandate, Confiance Communications will continue to manage Türkiye Tourism’s communications in India through 2026, with an emphasis on media outreach, industry engagement and emerging travel segments.
