Wow! Momo Foods has appointed Nimish Chaudhary as Chief Technology Officer to spearhead its digital transformation and technology innovation. With over 18 years of experience, including as VP of Engineering at Jubilant FoodWorks, Nimish will lead the development of a multi-tenant food-tech enterprise platform, enhance the Wow! Eats app, modernize store tech, and boost operational efficiency. Based at the newly launched Wow! Tech Innovation Hub in Gurgaon, he will also drive the brand’s global expansion plans. Co-founder & CEO Sagar Daryani said Nimish’s expertise in scaling digital ecosystems will be key to shaping Wow! Momo into a future-ready QSR brand.
