Yatra Online Limited has partnered with home improvement and lifestyle retail brand MR. DIY to launch a festive co-branded in-store campaign titled ‘Shop Karo, Yatra Karo’, aimed at turning everyday shopping into exciting travel opportunities. Timed for the peak festive and holiday season, the initiative runs from December 2025 to January 2026 and is being rolled out across more than 350 MR. DIY stores nationwide.
The two-month campaign taps into a period marked by high consumer spending and travel planning, rewarding shoppers with Yatra travel vouchers and holiday packages. Customers shopping for ₹750 or more at 115 select MR. DIY outlets across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, and Ahmedabad stand a chance to win Yatra vouchers worth up to ₹10,000, applicable on domestic and international flights and hotel bookings.
In addition, shoppers spending ₹1,000 or more at over 350 MR. DIY stores across India can enter a lucky draw to win attractive domestic and international holiday packages. The prizes include an international in-land holiday package worth ₹1,00,000 for the first prize winner, two international in-land packages worth ₹75,000 each for second prize winners, and three domestic in-land holiday packages worth ₹30,000 each as third prizes.
Commenting on the collaboration, Bharatt Malik, Senior Vice-President (Flights & Hotels), Yatra Online Limited, said the Christmas–New Year period is ideal for merging shopping and travel aspirations. He added that the partnership reflects Yatra’s focus on innovative alliances that extend brand engagement beyond digital platforms into high-impact physical retail spaces.
A senior spokesperson from MR. DIY India noted that the campaign enhances the in-store experience by offering customers more than just affordable products. Through ‘Shop Karo, Yatra Karo’, routine purchases are elevated into opportunities for memorable travel experiences.
By blending retail and travel, Yatra and MR. DIY aim to make the festive and New Year season more rewarding, aspirational, and memorable for consumers across India.
